Approach and Style
Our approach and style is to treat training in the same way as consultancy. We don’t run “classes”. Instead we have consultancy sessions with you the client to work together to develop the best solutions for your business. Our assessments are:
- designed to reflect the systems that every successful business needs.
- tailored to suit your business and are intended to be practical and useful.
- focus on building the systems that will support the people in your business and maximize your potential for achieving business success.
As we work together through the consultancy/training phase you/we develop the systems that will work best for you and ensure that your business is legal, efficient and financially viable.
The consultancy approach means that there are no formal “lessons”. Instead of the “we lecture – you listen” style we “consult” with you about your business, how it works and what you want it to achieve.
Our approach is centred around making our training another facet of consulting and ensuring that the outcomes reflect the business reality and generate real business rewards. Consulting means one on one (or very small groups of 2 or 3), it means outcomes that reflect your business and your needs.
The training information provided on this site provides the basic data underpinning this consultancy approach but it is the interaction between us and yourself that really makes the difference and generates the best results
